A little girl born at an Oklahoma City hospital is a living miracle.
Meet Emily Hollins and her family.
Emily’s mother, Melanie Hollins, was diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure and end-stage kidney failure. With her kidneys functioning at only 15 percent, she was going through the approval process to be placed on the kidney transplant list when she found out she was pregnant.
Little Emily was born on Feb. 8, three months early. She weighed just 12 ounces when she was born.
